You can cancel a subscription made to any of the Snapchat girls at any time by going to your Membershyp Account > My subscriptions page > Find the subscription you want to cancel and click the "Cancel" button.
This will stop your subscription to renew but you will still keep the "Active" status for the remaining days from the current period you already paid.
